Gist Dey is provided “as is”, as a prototype. Stories are AI-generated and published without individual human review, so they may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Don't rely on any single post for legal, financial, medical, or safety decisions without checking the original sources. See verification for what our trust signals do and don't mean.

How content is sourced

Posts are original summaries written from public, openly-licensed sources (such as Creative-Commons-licensed reporting), with attribution to those sources. Facts themselves aren't owned by anyone; we rewrite rather than republish, and we credit where the reporting came from. Lead images are Creative-Commons pictures used illustratively and captioned with their creator and licence.
